- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix for 1 to 2 minutes. This makes a wet, sticky dough but may need to add a little more flour for handling.
- Add raisins if using. If raisins are not being added to the mixture, this will be more like a traditional soda bread.
- Put mixture into baking tin/dish and bake at 375°C / 190°F for 45 to 55 minutes.
