  1. In a bowl take rice and wash it nicely than drain the water. In a tray spread the rice and let it dry once it is completely dry transfer in the mixer jar and grind coarsely.
  2. In a pan take full-fat milk, once boiled add 5 tbsp rice powder mix well let it cook in a low flame for 5 mins then add cardamom pods or powder, sugar mix well. There should be no lumps
  3. Then add condensed milk, dry fruits, kesar. Cook well till milk reduces to half. Once done switch off the flame add drops of kewra mix well and cover for 20 mins.
  4. For serving in a bowl pour the kheer spread roohafza at edges and sprinkle dry fruits and dry rose petals serve chilled.
