- Get 2 bowls long grain cooked rice
- Get 1 tbsp tamarind pulp
- Take 2 tsp dates syrup

- Make ready 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- Make ready less than 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

- Take a deep pan and put oil in it. When the oil becomes hot add mustard seeds, turmeric, groundnuts and saute for a minute.

- Then add the tamarind pulp, dates syrup, salt, roasted coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, chilli powder and cook for 2 minutes. Let it cool for 2 minutes.

- Then add the cooked rice and mix well. Serve with curd, tadka, or raita! Enjoy!
