3. Now add boiled mashed potato aur is ache se mix kar ke 1 min pakai then turn off the flame aur thanda hone dein
4. Ab dough ke chote chote balls bana kar use flate karein aur egg shape main lambai main balen aur knife se cuts lagai 1 inch distance par
5. Aloo mixture rakhen aur round kar ke corner par water lagai seal karein tgen 2 sides se pinch kar ke toffee shape dein
6. Ab oil ko medium heat par garam karein phir in toffees ko dal kar fry karein til golden brown
