- Take Fish
- Take 3 piece Fish ( cut pieces from big and fresh fish will be the best)
- Prepare 1/2 cup unsweeten curd
- Take 2 piece green chili
- Prepare 1 tbsp ginger paste
- Make ready 1 piece bay leaf
- Take salt
- Prepare 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Get 1 tsp cumin powder
- Prepare 4 tbsp watermelon seeds paste
- Get 2 tbsp mustard oil
- Get 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- Make ready 1/3 cup water

Instructions to make Curd Fish (Doi Rui):
- Just mix all the ingredients (except mustard oil) in a non stick pan and then cook it for 15 minutes with lid covered and then after 3 to 4 minutes without lid covered
- Then pour 2 tablespoon mustard oil…and now it is ready to serve
