  1. Soak moong dal and Chana overnight and then get them sprouted for a day.
  2. Boil them in 1 glass of water with salt and turmeric.
  3. Dry roast a onion on gas. Prick it with 4or 5 cloves before roasting.Grind it in mixer.
  4. Heat non stick pan.Add roasted onion paste.Saute it.Add some water then saute it again. Add ginger garlic and green chilli paste.
  5. Add tomato puree.Saute it well by adding water again and again till flavour comes and rawness goes away.
  6. Now add sprouted daal and chana.
  7. Add garam masala,bhuna jeera,red chilli pdr and coconut.Check the seasoning.
  8. Cook for 7 min.
  9. Add jaggery,lemon juice,kasuri methi and crushed peanuts.
  10. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
