Chilli mushroom recipe - A simple healthy mushroom recipe that's perfect for a home preparation. This is almost same as restaurant style popular Indo chinese chilli mushroom except the mushrooms are not deep fried here. To make the restaurant style chilli mushroom recipe, mushrooms are battered and then fried.

Mushroom chilli is one of the most favored of current trending foods on earth. It is easy, it is quick, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions every day. Mushroom chilli is something that I’ve loved my entire life. They are fine and they look fantastic.

To begin with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few components. You can have mushroom chilli using 16 ingredients and 10 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Mushroom chilli:
  1. Prepare 200 gm mashroom (cut into 2 pcs)
  2. Prepare 1 medium capsicum(chopped)
  3. Prepare 50 gm green onion chopped(or onion)
  4. Take 8-10 buds garlic finely chopped
  5. Take 1 " pc ginger finely chopped
  6. Take Ginger garlic paste (4-5 buds garlic+1/2" ginger)
  7. Get 5-6 green chilli chopped
  8. Get 2 tb spn black soya sauce
  9. Take 2 tb spn green chilli sauce
  10. Get 2 tb spn vinegar
  11. Make ready 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  12. Get 1/2 cup corn starch
  13. Take 1/2 tb spn corn starch+ 1/2 tb spn maida+1/2 cup water
  14. Prepare Salt as per the taste
  15. Get 1 tb spn Black pepper powder
  16. Make ready Cooking oil

Chilli mushroom recipe is almost the same as mushroom manchurian recipe with gluten free ingredients that I blogged yesterday. Soak the mushrooms in some lukewarm water for some time and then drain the excess water. Then take another bowl and mix together the cornflour, all-purpose flour, salt, soy sauce, vinegar and pepper powder in it. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan, then add spices (cumin, coriander and chilli) to the hot oil for a few seconds.

Steps to make Mushroom chilli:
  1. First boil mashroom for 25 mins.
  2. Take out the mashroom from water n put in a net so extra water will go off.
  3. Make a batter of all purpose flour and corn starch. Add 1 pinch salt and ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
  4. Now dip all the boiled mashroom into the batter and keep it for 10 mins so that mashroom can soak the batter in it.
  5. Now in a pan take cooking oil for deep fry. Put the mashroom in hot oil and deep fry it till they become golden in color and take out from the pan. (Medium flame).
  6. Now in a pan take some cooking oil. In hot oil put chopped ginger garlic. Do not fry too much. Then add chopped green onion and green chilli. Cook it for 5 mins. (Medium flame)
  7. Now add black pepper powder + black soya sauce+ green chilli sauce+vinegar and mix it well.
  8. Now add the liquid (1/2 tb spn corn starch+1/2 tb spoon maida (all purpose flour)+1/2 cup water). Add salt as per the taste and Mix it well and cook for 5 mins. (medium flame)
  9. Now add fried mashroom and chopped capsicum and cook it for 4 mins.
  10. Mashroom chilli is ready now

Add onion, garlic, carrot and chilies and cook for a few minutes until onion softens. Add chopped mushrooms, and continue to cook for a few minutes until mushrooms soften.
