- Take 10 gloves of Garlic
- Prepare 10 slices Ginger
- Get 300 ml Cooking Oil
- Prepare B) Spicy Oil
- Make ready 1 stick Cinemon
- Prepare 4 pcs Bay Leaf
- Get 4 flowers of Star Anise
- Take 60 g Green Sichuan pepper
- Take 30 g Red Sichuan pepper
- Take 30 g Ground white pepper
- Make ready 30 g Grinned Dried Chili
- Take C) Sauce
- Get 5 tbsp Black Vinegar
- Get 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- Get Pinch Sugar
Instructions to make Sichuan Mini Lobster:
- Prepared items (A), add cooking oil into the wok with medium heat, fried all ingredients till favor smell occurred and removed it and prepare for the next step B. (Favorite oil done)
- After the step A, then put in all the ingredients items (B) into the favorite oil with low heat to fried until favor smell occurred then drain… Spicy oil is ready
- Boil the mini lobsters with hot water till its cooked, this is to prevent uncooked and avoid bacteria from the mini lobsters.
- Ready a hot wok with 2tbsp of cooking oil, add in 2 tbsp of chopped garlic, mini lobsters and 300ml of water then stir-fried and covered for 5 to 10 minutes.
- If the water looks dry, time to add in the Sichuan Spicy Oil & Sauce into the mini lobsters and continue stir-fried for about 5 minutes..then ready to be served. (The volume of the Sichuan Spicy oil is pending on you)
