  4. When spices starts leaving oil add boiled taro roots and mix it well.
  5. Add salt and water and mix it well.
  6. Squeeze juice of lemon and mix it. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. After 3 minutes turn off the flame. Your yummy taro roots Curry is ready to eat.

Peel the taro roots and wash them. Cut them into slightly large cubes. Cook them covered, over Fry until the shallots turn golden. Pour on top of the curry. Taro root or colocasia is known as "seppankilangu" in Tamil.
