- Soak Soya Keema in water for 5 minutes.
- Then squeeze it from water.
- Keep it aside.
- Fry onion sliced till golden brown, cool it.
- Then in a grinder paste the fried onions.your brown onion paste is ready.
- In a kadhai add 2 teaspoon ghee.
- Add ginger garlic paste.
- Cook it for 1 minute then add soaked Soya mince.
- Cook it for another 2 minutes.Now add roasted gram flour.mix it well.
- Add brown onion paste and Soya mince in a mixe and make a smooth paste.
- In a bowl add cooked Soya with brown onions paste.
- Add red chilli powder,salt, garam masala powder, green cardamom powder and mace powder.
- Add 2 drops kewra water.
- Mix it well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions.
- And give them shape like kebab.
- Heat a non stick tawa on medium heat.
- Add ghee on it.
- And shallow fry the kebabs till golden brown.
- Serve hot with onion rings lemon and hung curd.
