- Get Green jelly (as required)

Instructions to make Coconut Tapioca Delight:
- Soak tapioca (sagu Dana) in 1 cup water for two hours. Then boil the tapioca till transparent.
- Strain the excess water from boiled tapioca and mix with green colour. Set aside.
- Mix gelatin and coconut milk powder in cold milk, set aside for 20 minutes.
- Now simmer the milk on medium flame and stir continuesly.
- Let the milk mixture cool at room temperature. Then mix with coconut cream and condensed milk.
- Make hard green jelly (1 cup water + 1 pack banana jelly). Set the jelly in flat pan.
- Put 1 tbls of green tapioca in serving dessert Glass and pour milk mixture on tapioca.
- Cut round green jelly pieces and set in each glass. Make moon and star with whipped cream.
