  1. Wash the matumbo with warm water thoroughly and cut into pieces

  4. While that cooks boil the rice also over low heat
  5. Remember to check matumbo once the water has dried add the tomatoes and 1/4cup of water and let it simmer then remove from heat
  6. Now cut onions and put it in sufuria add a little oil then put in your kale let cook just enough then enjoy
