- Make ready 1 bay leaf
- Make ready 1 chakar fool

- Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Get 1/4 tsp mustard seeds

Instructions to make Sesame Soya Mix Vegetable:
- Heat a pan, add red chillies, cumin seeds, bay leaf, black and white sesame seeds, black papar, black Cardamom, mace, cinnamon, coriander seeds, dry roast them well.Put into a blender make a powder.
- Heat pan add 1 tbsp oil, add mustard seeds and hing, let mustard seeds sizzle, then add chopped onions and salt cook this till onions become brown,add ginger garlic paste cook it till raw flavour is gone, add 2 green chillies.
- Then add tomato puree, salt turmeric powder, and 1 tbsp sesame masala that we had made, cook it 2 to 3 mins. On slow flame now add sugar.
- Add diced onion, capsicum, cook it for one min. Now add 80% boiled carrot, beans, pea, corn, potatoes mix well.
- Now add soya chunks, (soaked in salted hot water for 1 min) add 1 tbsp sesame masala and 1/2 cup hot water, cover it with lid, and cook it for 4 to 5 mins on slow to medium flame.
- Now add kasuri methi, cook it for 1 min.
- Sprinkle roasted sesame black and white sesame seeds on it, serve with roti.
