- Cut onion length wise and potatoes in small pieces
- Chop green chilli finely
- On a wok add oil cumin seeds on medium flame when it roste add onion and saute till translucent add potatoes saute till potatoes tender add green chilli curry patta and peanut and stir for 2 minutes
- Add dry masalas stir well add peas and cover the lid and low the flame for 5 minutes
- Open the lid pour vermicilli stir for 5 minutes add double the water mix well on medium flame after 5 minutes low the flame cover the lid and let it simmer for few minutes open the lid pour lemon juice mix well garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
