1. First make the sausages. Add chicken mince, spices, and green chillies to grinder. Finely chop it until it becomes like a paste.
2. Take some mince into your palm, add some shredded cheese in the middle, and form a long sausage. Place it onto the cling film and wrap it tightly. Cut off the ends of the film to make separate sausages.
3. Place in fridge for an hour until firm.
