- Prepare 2 Tomatoes
- Make ready 1 tbsp Rasam Powder

Instructions to make Tomato Rasam:
- Take a pan. Add oil. Once oil is hot add mustard, garlic, dry red chilli, curry leaves, asfoitida and chopped tomatoes.
- Now add turmeric, green chilli and salt. Let it be mushy. Add red chilli powder and Rasam Powder. Add water. After one boil add Tamarind pulp. Let it boil for some time.
- Serve with Rice.
