- Add tomatoes and stir on medium flame for 2 minutes until tomatoes are cooked.
- Add all the spices and salt and mix well.
- Now add water and mix.
- Add tofus and stir well.. simmer for 5 mins on low flame until gravy is little thick.
- Garnish with corriander leaves and serve.
