- Allow it to curdle up and cook for about 5 minutes on high heat
- Sieve our the water and chunk up the tofu. Squeeze the water as much as possible to make a shape and allow the rest in a colander to sieve
- Cut into shapes and refrigerate until use
It's super flavorful, simple to make, and very versatile. I like to serve it on a bed of rice with stir fried vegetables. Tofu is a rather misunderstood ingredient in the culinary world.
