Tofu & Fish is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It is easy, it is quick, it tastes yummy. It is appreciated by millions daily. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Tofu & Fish is something that I’ve loved my whole life.

The ingredients needed to make Tofu & Fish:
- Take tempe (fermented soybean)
- Prepare red and yellow bell peppers
- Prepare tofu
- Take white rice
- Get quinoa
- Prepare indonesian soy sauce
- Get garlic
- Take ginger
- Prepare chinese soy sauce
- Make ready oyster sauce
- Make ready fish sauce
Buddhist monks spread the good word about tofu across Japan and Korea, and a few centuries later, the protein made its way to the US. Instructions to make Tofu & Fish:
- Wash the rice
- Add soaked quinoa to the washed rice
- Stir to mix rice and quinoa well before cooking
- Cut the tempe into smaller slices (chop in half first!)
- Soak the tempe in hot water with lid closed
- Wash the flatfish
- Squeeze the water out of the flatfish
- Marinate the fish with salt and pepper
- Chop the tofu into smaller slices
- Chop bellpepper into slices
- Drain the tempe
- Stirfry the tempe in olive oil
- Add a bit of the indonesian soy sauce
- Stir fry more
- Stir fry the tofu (after taking out the tempe) and no need to add extra oil to pan
- Cook until golden brown on both sides
- Stir fry bell peppers (no need for additional oil)
- Add tempe and tofu into pan again
- Add more indonesian soy sauce
- Stir fry more
- Add the bell peppers
- Add the chinese soy sauce
- And a bit of fish sauce
- And a bit of oyster sauce
- Mix together
- Serve
