The ingredients needed to make Peanut(karanga) sweet:
  1. Take 600 gram karanga
  2. Prepare 1 and 3/4 cups brown suger
  3. Get 2 cups water
  4. Get Half Handful cardamom pods
  5. Prepare teaspoon Vanila non alcohol,2
  6. Make ready 3 tablespoons oil

Add salt to the spinach to taste and cook until it's well done. spinach turns a dark green, shrivles and is limp to the touch when it's done.   2. Preps:blend the karangas.put the peanuts the cardamon seeds the vanila(optional) in blender. by batches if necessray. (While blending,make them more textured and not powdery)
  3. Try keep this consistancy(as in pic)
  4. Add suger and water in pan.simmer until suger meltes…continue simmer until bubbling
  5. Checking water consistancy and sticking nature at different stages of thickness
  6. Prep the tray:mean while the suger is simmering you can oil the tray
  7. After happy with consistancy and stickness of mixture,add nuts.here fork faster in stirring the whole mixture from edge of pan inwards and again outwards
  8. The mixture will start sticking more and caramelising and changin colour.keep stirring.check with your spoon how mixture is able to stay longer on the spoon without sliding back in pan….tey to lift your spoon up and do this at medium high heat.and then carry on stiring until mix is easily sliding of edges when stired
  9. After mix is thick but not overthick….qwickly add onto prepared tin and flatten with spoon or fork base to get an even level surface…pat down press down with flattened spoon..lightly oil the spoon if getting sticky..while stil warm you can start cutting your shape.(be carefull not to cut your finger as the knife can slip /slide or maybe you can poke first and go along slits bit by bit)
  10. It may not be perfectly cut squares.it doesnt matter
  11. You can cot diamond shapes or thinner strips depending how you prefer and how easy the knofe van go thru,at certain stage if you meave too mong before cutting mixture will solidify and not allow cutting so try be faster but cut bit by bit by slitting through to make lines all way along the tray.
  12. Bismillah enjoy with unsweetened coffee,or unsweetened mint tea spice tea black tea.or cup of milk
