2. If using dryfruits, soak the dry fruits in rum for atleast half a day

4. whip eggs in an deep bottom utensil
5. Add Butter and mix well till the mixture is even
6. Add Sugar and mix till it dissolves.
7. Add salt, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder and baking powder and mix well
8. slowly add the floor and simolina while continuously mixing.
9. mix well till the batter is ready when there are no lumps in it.
10. line the cake tin with butter paper
11. pour the batter in the tin
12. apply a thin coat of whipped egg white to the top surface
13. Preheat oven to 180°C .
14. Bake the cake at 180°C for 60 minutes
15. When the cake is half baked,Sprinkle it with dry fruits.DO NOT poke the cake at this stage.
