Crack the eggs in one at a time and whisk well, scraping down the sides of the bowl after each addition. Add the lemon zest, vanilla, flour, milk and a pinch of salt.
Steps to make Sponge Cake:
- Take a bowl and Sieve the atta, baking powder, baking soda. Now add sugar, honey, essence, Oil, malai, Milk Made, Little warm Milk and with the help of a blender blend it well.
- Now place a kadhai or a handi on the gas and pre heat it by adding some salt to it and keep a stand there. Preheat it for 10 mins.
- Now grease a Cake tin with some little oil and place a butter paper there and pour the prepared cake mixture to it and bake it. check it in the middle of it also. In the middle high the flame also for 1sec and then again slow down the flame. Bake it for 30 mins 1st. Then chek it again bake it by high the flame and again slow it down the flame of the Gas. Then bake it in a slow flame for another 20 mins.
- Note: The Cake must be Bake in a slow flame.
- After 40 mins check it with the help of a tooth pick.
- Now it's done rest the cake in that kadhai for 15 mins. When it comes to normal temperature then Demould it.
