  5. Heat a tawa. Place the paratha on it. When paratha gets bubbles over it flip & spread some ghee on it. Flip it again & apply some ghee on the other side of the paratha. Roast it until it becomes a little crispy.
  6. Your palak paratha is ready to be served. Serve it hot with pickle, curd, chutney or cucumber raita. It tastes delicious.
