- Wash and soak sago for 2 hours.
- Wash and keep poha aside for 1/2 hour. Keep all required ingredients ready.
- In kadhai add heat oil. Add cummin seeds as they splutter add asafoetida, curry leaves. Add all vegetables and mix and saute for few minutes.
- Add green chillies ginger paste, soaked sago and poha.
- Add turmeric powder, sugar powder, lemon juice and salt. Mix well. Cook for few minutes.
- Add roasted peanuts coarse powder and mix. Off the flame.
