  1. First mash the potatoes.
  2. Add drained sago and mix well.
  3. Now dry masalas-salt,black pepper powder,coriander powder,ajwain,cumin seeds,chat masala powder and mix all well.
  4. Now add kasuri methi and mix well.
  5. Now take balls from the potato mixture and give tikki shape and keep them in referigerator for sometime to set.
  6. Now heat little oil in non-stick tawa.
  7. Take the tikkis out and coat them with suji.
  8. Now roast these tikkis on slow to medium flame by turning them time to time.
  9. Now take them in a serving plate.
  10. Add curd,green chilli chutney, tomato ketchup,
  11. Garnish with again green chilli chutney and tomato ketchup.
  12. Serve hot.
