Home-made granola (toasted muesli) is one of the most favored of recent trending foods in the world. It is appreciated by millions daily. It’s simple, it is fast, it tastes yummy. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Home-made granola (toasted muesli) is something which I’ve loved my entire life.

- Chop the nuts
- Put all the dry ingredients into a large bowl
- Heat the oil and honey over a low heat, and when they are nicely blended, pour over the dry granola ingredients. Stir while heating and don't allow to get hot enough to bubble
- Mix very well with a spoon or with your hands
- Lightly grease your oven tray and fill with the granola. Smooth over with your hands so there are no gaps
- Put in the oven for 35 minutes at 150º. Each ten minutes, carefully take the tray out and stir around a bit.
- After half an hour it should be ready to take out of the oven and left for 10 minutes or so in the tray to cool
- Put the granola into a bowl, add the dried fruit of your choice and stir well
- Store in an airtight jar and enjoy :-)
And now i can proudly say that this is the best granola or muesli in the world. I modified the recipe according to my taste and available ingredients. I had few bowls of this muesli mixed with milk in the following days, i gave half of the mix to my mom and i reserved few. So am starting off with my favourite breakfast - homemade muesli / granola.
