- Keep roasting Makhana till it turns crispy. Add ghee in between, if required. Almost after 7-8 mins, crispy tasty Makhanas will be ready to munch in. Cool it completely and store in a air tight container.
- If you like sweet spicy Makhanas, add 1 tablespoon of hershey’s chocolate sauce to above step and mix well. Keep the flame off while mixing. Now, chocolate Fox nuts are ready to eat.
