- Place one cup of the sparkling wine or riesling into a bowl and add half cup of the Pomegranate juice with a small handful of the Pomegranate seeds and stir with a spoon to combine , let it rest a minute then pour into individual wine glasses , top with a choc mint sprig and serve with pouched pears and apples .
- To serve spoon a tablespoon of the syrup onto each serving plate and place a pear or two onto a serving plate and an apple or two onto another serving plate with syrup on it , garnish with fresh Pomegranate seeds and some choc mint or mint leaves and drizzle remaining sauce evenly over each prepared plated pear or apple , serve with the Pomegranate wine and enjoy . :-) .
