- Method :- - Firstly crumble the khoya with your hand roughly and then on medium flame roast it for 2- 3minz do not change the colour of khoya once it is done take it into plate and keep it into fridge for atleat 1/2hour so that it is set and now divide it into 4 parts add colours in each single part with part left in white.
- Strawberry barfi:- - Take the red colour khoya and shape the sweet with the help of you plam in strowberry shape and of green colour make a small chapati and put it on the red colour shape and with help of potato pleer give some designs on it and add colve on the topw,our strowberry sweet is ready.
- Orange:- - colour part make ball and press in middle of the ball it will take the shape of orange and our orange barfi is ready.
- Watermelon barfi:- - First take small ball of red colour and then make white colour chapati and cover the red ball and in the same way cover it with the green chapati. So that watermoen barfi is ready.
- Apple:- - Make small ball of whote colour part and with the help of the finger give light colour of red,Apple barfi is ready.
