- Place on parchment lined pan and bake in preheated oven for 8-10 min til bottoms are lightly browned
- To prepare icing:
- Mix all ingredients together til incorporated with no lumps
- Dip cookies in icing and scrape off excess
- Other options: Use a brush and paint on icing
