  8. quarter the potatoes and cook until soft
  9. mash the potatoes with a splash of milk and a good knob of butter ( if desired, add one egg yolk too)
  10. salt to taste and put aside
  11. pour in the cream to the mince mixture and stir. let boil for a couple of minutes until mixture thickens up a bit
  12. pour mixture into a casserole pan, grate some cheese on top, and lastly dollop potatoe mash to cover the mixture
  13. put the pie in the middle of the oven and let cook for 40 minutes
