Instructions to make Aloo vadi:
- Mix all ingredients in bowl and make thick paste
- Wash and Remove veins from leaves with the help of knife
- Apply thick paste on leaves and place another leaves on top… Repeat the process till 6-7 leaves
- Now roll it tightly and steam it for 10-15 minutes
- Cut into 1 inch slice… Then heat oil and add rai, jeera and curry leaves now add aloo vadi and saute it for few second… Serve with tea or with daal and rice
