- Take For Marination–
- Get 500 gms Deveined Prawns
- Get 1 tbsp Beaten curd
- Get 1 tsp lemon Juice

- Take 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- Get 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Prepare For Biryani Masala–
- Take 300 gms sliced onions
- Prepare 200 gms chopped tomatoes
- Prepare 2.5 cups long grain basmati rice
- Take 4 cups hot water
- Prepare 1 cup chopped mint and cilantro leaves
- Get 3 slited green chillies
- Make ready 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Prepare 1 star anise
- Make ready 1 inch cinnamon
- Prepare 4 Cardamoms
- Prepare 2 bay leaves
- Prepare as per taste Salt
- Prepare 3 tbsp Ghee
- Prepare For Fish fry–
- Get 5-6 cleaned fish (I used red snapper)
- Get 1 tbsp chilli powder
- Take 2 tsp lemon juice
- Prepare 1/4 tsp garam masala
- Prepare 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Prepare as per taste Salt
- Prepare as required Oil
- Take For Spleen fry–
- Get 2 medium sized spleen
- Prepare 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- Get 2 strands curry leaves
- Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Jeera powder
- Take 1 tsp pepper powder
- Make ready as per taste Salt
- Prepare as required Oil
Instructions to make Prawns Biryani Thali:
- Soak the rice for about 30mins. Take a pan and add ghee, add cinnamon, bay leaf, Cardamom, star anise and fry till you get aroma. Then add slited green chillies and slited onions. Wait untill onion caramelised.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute untill raw smell is no more. Then add tomatoes and all the dry masala mentioned including salt and close the lid. Cook untill tomatoes are mushy, then add the marinated prawns, mint and cilantro leaves.
- After adding prawns cook till prawn turns white and immediately add hot water. Once water is boiled add the rice and cook it open for 10mins untill you see rice is coming up. Then close the lid and cook on low flame for about 20mins. Yummy prawns biriyani ready.
- For fish fry, Mix all the ingredients together and make as paste. Apply the masala to the fish and marinate for 20-30mins minimum. Then shallow fry it on both sides on tawa.
- For spleen fry,boil the spleen in water for 15mins. After boiling check if it's cooked and remove the outer skin. Cut the spleen into cubes.
- In a pan add oil, add garlic and saute. Add curry leaves and all dry masala and add the spleen. Cook for 5mins and serve hot.
