Steps to make Kebuli Chicken Rice:
- Prepare the vegetables..
- Soak rice for 10 / 15 minute for easy to cook later in the pot..
- Heat some Olive oil in the pot, fry chicken thighs up side down until the skin crispy and set asside half to cook..
- Fry the onion and leek in the same pot.. Pinch some salt..
- After onion and leek soft.. Put ground Red Pepper, curry powder, cayenne, cinnamon and ginger.. cook for few minutes.. Add the rest of vegetables to the pot..
- Add chicken stock and put the chicken thighs.. While drain the rice after soak in the water.. still slowly until boil cook for 5 minutes..
- Put the rice and cook in medium heat.. because you don't want the bottom of the pot burning.. don't stiring to much, just shake a bit.. cook for 10 minutes and put lid on in medium heat.. and turn of the heat while the lid on, just stay for 15 minute do not open the lid..
- Sprinkles some chop parsley..
