- Take 500 g Taro
- Take 2 chopped onions (medium size)

- In a pot, put the taro and cover it with water, add the olive oil, chilly spice (optional).
- Keep it on low heat, stir every while.
- In a pan, cook the onion untill it turns golden brown,
- Then add the taro, parsley, mint, and salt.
- Stir the mix till all ingredients are well combined.
- Served cold or hot as desired.
