I have used matar / green peas in this recipe and they add a mild sweet flavor to the biryani. Add Soya granules along with the milk and cook till almost dry. - Stir well and cook for 2mins. Add peas and 1/4 cup water & mix well. Cover & cook till peas are nearely done. Add soaked soya granules along with the milk & cook till almost dry
- Add coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix well
- Switch off the flame
- Serve hot with rotis, naans, parathas
