  4. Heat the oven to 200°C/ fan 180°C. Unroll the pastry. And roll out the dough on a floured surface 20cm by 20cm. Then cut them into 4 squares. Add the filling on to the pastry and close into packets. Add egg wash on to the pastry and Heat in the oven for 20 mins until puffed and golden. You can serve with fresh salad
