  4. Roast both the sides but roast halfly and make all rotis halfly cook and keep aside.Take one roti spread mayonnaise all over and put some soya mixture straight in centre.
  5. Next add some chopped cabbage and grated cheese and roll the roti and keep aside repeat this process for all the rotis made and on a pan again roast it from both the sides of roll till you find little crispy and serve soya chunks kathi rolls which is not only delicious but very healthy also.
